City Service Paving, Inc. — doing business as SoCal City Paving — has been laying asphalt, pouring concrete, and striping parking lots across SoCal since 1975. Family-owned. Same phone number your grandfather's property manager probably called.
The story
We opened in 1975 with one truck, one crew, and the idea that commercial property owners deserved a paving contractor who returned calls. Fifty years later, we run multiple crews across four counties and we still return calls.
The company has stayed independent and family-run intentionally. It's why we can quote real scope, honor our warranties without a fight, and prioritize the long-term reputation of the business over the margin on any one job.
What's changed is the scale of what we self-perform. Today one call to us covers asphalt paving, repair, seal coat, slurry, striping, signage, ADA upgrades, and concrete flatwork. What hasn't changed is the operating principle: honest quotes, clean job sites, phased schedules that respect tenants, and crews that show up when we said they would.
