What it is
Concrete is where properties get sued. A cracked sidewalk, a broken curb, a ramp that doesn't meet ADA — these are trip hazards and code exposures, not cosmetic problems. Our C-8 crews handle everything from a single spalled panel to full site concrete: sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveways, approaches, ADA ramps, truck pads, flowlines, and stamped decorative work.
We also self-perform saw cutting, grinding, and full removal & replacement so we're not scheduling around a demo sub.
Our process
- 1Field survey with dimensions, elevation checks, and photos of every panel.
- 2Saw cutting to clean joints, protecting adjacent hardscape.
- 3Removal and haul-off of failed concrete.
- 4Grading, compaction, and rebar or wire mesh per spec.
- 5Formwork, pour, and finish (broom, salt, or stamped).
- 6Curing, joint sealing, and clean site turnover.
When your property needs it
Panels raised more than 1/4\" are ADA trip hazards. Spalled or cracked curbs let water into the base under your asphalt. Broken driveway approaches are a slow-motion insurance claim. Get concrete on a service cycle, don't wait for a claim to trigger it.

FAQ
Grinding is fine for offsets up to about 3/4" on relatively new concrete. Anything more, or older/deteriorated concrete, is best replaced — grinding a spalled panel just accelerates its failure.
