Concrete services in Southern California

What it is

Concrete is where properties get sued. A cracked sidewalk, a broken curb, a ramp that doesn't meet ADA — these are trip hazards and code exposures, not cosmetic problems. Our C-8 crews handle everything from a single spalled panel to full site concrete: sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveways, approaches, ADA ramps, truck pads, flowlines, and stamped decorative work.

We also self-perform saw cutting, grinding, and full removal & replacement so we're not scheduling around a demo sub.

Our process

  1. 1Field survey with dimensions, elevation checks, and photos of every panel.
  2. 2Saw cutting to clean joints, protecting adjacent hardscape.
  3. 3Removal and haul-off of failed concrete.
  4. 4Grading, compaction, and rebar or wire mesh per spec.
  5. 5Formwork, pour, and finish (broom, salt, or stamped).
  6. 6Curing, joint sealing, and clean site turnover.

When your property needs it

Panels raised more than 1/4\" are ADA trip hazards. Spalled or cracked curbs let water into the base under your asphalt. Broken driveway approaches are a slow-motion insurance claim. Get concrete on a service cycle, don't wait for a claim to trigger it.

FAQ

Grinding is fine for offsets up to about 3/4" on relatively new concrete. Anything more, or older/deteriorated concrete, is best replaced — grinding a spalled panel just accelerates its failure.
