What it is
Striping is what your customers actually see first. Faded stalls make a property feel neglected, and worn ADA markings are a lawsuit waiting to happen. We install crisp, high-visibility striping and every ancillary detail: directional arrows, fire-lane red curbing, ADA symbols, wheel stops, bollards, and full sign packages.
Whether you're re-striping a shopping center after seal coat or laying out a brand-new lot from scratch, our layout crews use verified stall counts and current CBC 11B dimensions so your lot is code-legal the day we roll off.
Our process
- 1Field measure and count stalls; verify ADA counts based on total stall count.
- 2Layout with chalk and string lines for straight, consistent stall geometry.
- 3Traffic-grade acrylic paint applied with commercial ride-on stripers.
- 4Stencils for arrows, ADA symbols, 'Compact', 'EV', 'No Parking', fire lanes.
- 5Wheel stops installed and pinned; bollards set and painted.
- 6Sign posts and mounted signs installed to complete the package.
When your property needs it
If your stripes are more gray than white, if drivers are inventing their own stalls, or if you've never had an ADA compliance review — schedule striping now. After every seal coat or overlay, striping is mandatory. New tenants, new tenants' branding, or a shift in traffic pattern are also great re-stripe triggers.
