What it is
Commercial asphalt paving is the foundation your property lives on — parking lots, private drives, truck yards, and access roads. We handle full-depth new construction as well as overlays over existing pavement, matching mix design and thickness to your traffic and subgrade conditions.
Our crews grade to spec so water actually drains, compact each lift properly, and install Petromat interlayers when needed to prevent reflective cracking on overlays. The result is pavement engineered to last, not resurface work that fails in two winters.
Our process
- 1Site walk and measurement — we quote what your property actually needs, not a template.
- 2Design proposal with mix, thickness, drainage, and phasing plan in plain English.
- 3Removal or milling of failed asphalt where necessary; subgrade correction and compaction.
- 4Grading to establish positive drainage — we don't pave over a bird bath.
- 5Base and asphalt paving in properly compacted lifts (Petromat overlay where called for).
- 6Rolling, joint sealing, and final punch list; striping and signage phased to reopen quickly.
When your property needs it
Full-depth paving is the right call when your asphalt has widespread alligator cracking, rutting, failed subgrade, or has already been overlaid once. An overlay is often the right answer when the underlying base is still sound but the surface is oxidized and cracked. If your lot is holding water, sinking near catch basins, or shedding aggregate — it's time for a site visit.
